SHM - C1 CONCRETE

The SHM-C1 Automatism allows the management of the entire concrete production process. Combining precision, flexibility and ease of operation allows for process optimization, downtime costs, cost and uniform quality assurance.

The user interface is intuitive where information is presented on two monitors allowing the visualization of all aspects of the machine and data management.

The SHM-C1 controls all aspects of the concrete production process:

• Monitoring of all central alarm components and their respective.
• Interconnection with management software (ERP).
• Control of users with access levels.
• Management of products, revenues, customers, works, suppliers, transporters, trucks, conductors...
• Material control (stock and storage).
• Control of consistency, humidity and temperature of components manually or through probes.
• Production graphs and reports.
• Dosage analysis.
• Control the working times of each component with the creation of maintenance plans.
• Sending automatic email notifications.
• Record all operations performed.
